I live with my sister & she’s been dealing with financial abuse from her husband. He doesn’t let her work her own job and he made her work with him. He doesn’t pay her a salary or give her any cut of the business. Any deals she secured via their business he makes sure he takes it. He is a spendthrift, wastes money and we’ve moved at least 2 times because he cannot manage in middle class areas, always wants to live in affluent places but can’t afford the rent. We had to leave 2 places because of rent unpaid. I started living with them when I was struggling, built myself up and started paying for food, part of the rent and eventually kids school fees. Every money I’ve made in the last 3 years has been split into 2 with my sisters husband because he always has an emergency that needs bailing out. I did all this for my sister because she suffered to send me to school abroad, she’s been a mother & father to me. I’m down financially now and I pray God has mercy on me and restores my business and restores my finances. I have learnt to please God and not man
